Requirements

• Proven track record as a top-producing Loan Officer.
• Active NMLS license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call-center environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and income-driven.

Nice To Haves

• Strong purchase loan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close high-volume purchase and refinance loans.
• Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and referral partners.
• Convert live transfer and program-generated leads into closed loans.
• Deliver an outstanding borrower experience from application to closing.
• Leverage MCI’s expansive product suite to solve complex borrower scenarios.
