About The Position
The Branch Executive Director, under the leadership of the VP of Operations, will direct the operation of the branch including membership, program, facility and community engagement, while ensuring the Y is a place for all and is delivering a robust, diverse portfolio of programs and services to the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 5-8 years of YMCA branch executive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive fiscal management experience with extensive experience in building and managing a budget.
- Ability to direct total operations through development and supervision of staff, oversight and direction in program development and volunteer development.
- Must have experience in developing community relationships and working with community partners.
- Ability to lead a large, diverse team.
- Ability to manage a complex building schedule.
- Previous experience in financial and board development.
- Excellent communication skills.
