About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Branch Billing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing activities across multiple branches, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounts receivable, customer service, and data entry.
  • Experience with billing customer service and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and SAP systems.
  • Ability to address invoice issues.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and using basic formulas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 1+ years of billing experience.
  • Proficiency in any ERP system is required if not holding a degree.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales and contract administration teams to prepare customer setups, changes, and cancellations.
  • Enforce the use of proper paperwork to process all billing and customer changes.
  • Manage billing operations for 5-7 branches.
  • Utilize Oracle billing software effectively.
  • Enter all manual billing items at the end of each month.
  • Prepare manual invoices for customers as necessary.
  • Collaborate with branch teammates, the collection department, and customers to resolve any billing discrepancies.
