Requirements

• Applicants should have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year working in insurance and accounts receivable is required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• CPC or equivalent coding/billing credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily billing and electronic posting functions for the physician clinics.
• Coordinates Central Billing Office activities related to ensuring the collection of funds for all billable services so that goals are met in Bad Debts, AR Days and Cash collections.
• Verifies all claims are submitted timely and accurately.
• Demonstrates understanding of CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding for all practice specialties
