WR Immigration is a global immigration firm known worldwide for its innovation, technology, high touch legal services, and flawless execution. With offices across multiple time zones, the firm provides corporate global visa services in over 100 countries. WR is one of the fastest growing immigration service providers worldwide with over 50 attorneys and 150 immigration professionals working out of offices in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Oakland, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Shanghai. The Billing Coordinator supports the firm’s attorneys and accounting team by preparing, organizing, and validating billing-related information prior to submission to accounting. This role plays a key part in helping reduce billing issues, improve data accuracy, and ensure a smooth billing and accounting workflow. While this position works closely with accounting, it is not a senior accounting role and does not require prior professional experience. Candidates with minimal or no prior experience are encouraged to apply, provided they have a strong academic foundation in accounting and an interest in professional services. This is a full-time position and is well suited for recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals seeking hands-on experience supporting billing and accounting operations in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This is a hybrid role supporting the firm as a whole and is based out of our Santa Monica, California headquarters; one day of in-office presence is required each workweek.
