About The Position
Lead the Magic Behind the Moments at MGM Grand! As a Box Office Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the entertainment experience, overseeing ticketing operations for some of the most iconic shows in Las Vegas. You'll guide your team with confidence, ensure every transaction runs smoothly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the excitement of MGM Grand. Your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest service help transform every ticket purchase into the start of an unforgettable night. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of Ticket Office or cash handling experience
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Archtics Ticketing System preferred
Responsibilities
- Keep show and event details updated in the ticketing system, including internal and external sales and outside property shows
- Create daily reports on all events for senior leadership, management, and promoters
- Review and improve current procedures and special promotions to increase guest interest and attendance
- Answer guest questions accurately and provide detailed information about property amenities and the local area
- Oversee HR duties for the department, promoting a team-oriented environment with a focus on feedback, recognition, respect, and employee satisfaction
