About The Position

We are looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper where absolute attention to detail is the non-negotiable, #1 requirement. In this role, you will be a core contributor to our financial operations, ensuring that every transaction is recorded with precision and every account is reconciled accurately. This is a hybrid position for a thorough professional who thrives in a focused, independent environment; you will work from home Tuesday through Friday, while joining us in-office every Monday for team collaboration and administrative processing. If you take pride in the integrity of your work and have a track record of catching the small errors others might miss, you will be a great fit for our team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the cycle of A/P and A/R, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and incoming payments are accurately recorded.
  • Perform rigorous reconciliations of all accounts to ensure financial records are reconciled accurately and align perfectly with statements.
  • Help prepare and distribute monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other custom financial reports.
  • Maintain an impeccably organized digital filing system for all receipts, contracts, and financial documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring deductions, benefits, and hours are calculated correctly.
  • Gather and organize necessary documentation for quarterly tax filings and annual year-end audits.
  • Identify opportunities to keep bookkeeping tasks efficient and data as accurate as possible.

  • Salary: $45,000
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Remote Tuesday Friday / In-Office Mondays
