Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Manage accounts payable, including bill payments and loan tracking
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Compile and review balance sheet reports
  • Support payroll preperation, verification and reporting
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations

  • Track dumpsters, trucks, and loads
  • Schedule and plan truck driver routes and daily logistics
  • Oversee driver coordination and operational scheduling
  • Handle filing, copying, and general administrative duties
