Help maintain accurate financial records Process accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with basic financial reports and recordkeeping Support payroll preparation and expense tracking Handle general office administrative tasks as needed Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with Various HR/Compliance projects

Requirements

  • QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
  • Basic-level accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
