- A/R communication/customer service via phone/e-mail
- A/R posting: lock box/physical checks/credit cards
- A/R collection: NET accounts/bad checks
- Customer refunds: check/credit cards
-A/R credit posting
-Customer annual resale tax posting
-File-keeping

Requirements

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Detail-oriented and able to deal with competing priorities as needed
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
