About The Position

Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of New Stanton Body Shop. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.
Description for Parts Counter:

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred
• Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
