Requirements

Proven experience managing a body shop or similar automotive repair facility.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of industry repair standards, insurance processes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency with estimating software and shop management systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.
Manage, coach, and develop the body shop team to promote productivity and growth.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate repair approvals and estimates.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to optimize workflow and budget.
Analyze shop performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
