Benefits Excellent work environment Employee discount plans on purchases and services Competitive wages, commensurate with experience Health, dental and vision insurance Life insurance 401k retirement account Paid vacation and sick leave Responsibilities The Body Shop Manager is responsible to develop business through insurance adjusters, customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume, provide a reasonable department operating profit and maintain customer satisfaction, while controlling expenses The Body Shop Manager directs the activities of Body Shop employees in performing body repairs, meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect Body Shop operations such as hazardous waste disposal, right-to-know and environmental updates Attend managers' meetings Strive for team-work with other departments Hold departmental meetings periodically to discuss problem areas Perform periodic reviews of employee performance Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Experienced in Auto Body Repair Estimating Working knowledge of body repair methods Supervisory experience Excellent communication and managerial skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Nielsen Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Experienced in Auto Body Repair Estimating
  • Working knowledge of body repair methods
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
