Your Mission: Be the expert who identifies, confirms, and resolves customer concerns with precision. Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate repair estimates. Act as the vital link between customers and technicians — communication is key. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency. Write repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP. Utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audate x estimating systems with confidence and accuracy. What You Bring: Outstanding communication and time management skills. Solid typing and computer skills to process repair orders efficiently. Strong math skills to calculate service costs with accuracy. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
