About The Position

Priority Ford’s Body Shop in Norfolk is looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our high-performing collision team. If you’re detail-focused, customer-driven, and confident working with insurers and technicians, this is a great opportunity with a company built on growth and stability. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and assess vehicle damage Write accurate estimates using CCC One or similar software Communicate with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation Ensure a smooth and transparent repair process for every customer What We’re Looking For: Experience as a body shop estimator (dealership or independent shop) Strong understanding of the collision repair process Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, organized, and dependable Why Priority Ford + Lithia & Driveway? Requirements

• Experience as a body shop estimator (dealership or independent shop)
• Strong understanding of the collision repair process
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, organized, and dependable
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
