Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in an auto body or collision repair shop
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple repair jobs efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy in estimates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally in accordance with company standards.
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and identify their vehicle concerns.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess damage and repair needs.
- Create accurate estimates using CCCOne systems.
- Prepare detailed repair orders using ProfitNet and ADP systems.
- Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Obtain customer approval for repair work, including supplemental repairs.
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department policies and cost-control procedures.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status.
- Process payments and deliver repaired vehicles promptly and professionally.
