Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong typing and computer proficiency
  • Solid math skills to ensure precise service cost calculations
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

  • Accurately identify, validate, and resolve customer concerns
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections and develop clear, detailed repair estimates
  • Serve as the key communicator between customers and technicians
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy
  • Create repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP
  • Confidently utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems
