At Suburban Collection Collision Center, we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service. Your Mission: Be the expert who identifies, confirms, and resolves customer concerns with precision. Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate repair estimates. Act as the vital link between customers and technicians — communication is key. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency. Write repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP. Utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems with confidence and accuracy.

Requirements

Outstanding communication and time management skills.
Solid typing and computer skills to process repair orders efficiently.
Strong math skills to calculate service costs with accuracy.
A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
