About The Position

Requirements

• Prior estimating experience (CCC One preferred)
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, detailed collision repair estimates
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and timelines
• Work directly with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Coordinate with insurance companies; follow DRP guidelines
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
