Join Our Dealership Collision Center Team We’re expanding our collision center and looking for motivated, customer focused professionals to join our growing team. Position: Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in person and through photos Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, etc.) Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy and timeline expectations Review supplements, parts orders, and repair plans Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

• Prior estimating experience in a collision center or dealership preferred
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
