About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the body shop
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide customers with updates on the status of their repairs
  • Ensure that the body shop is clean and organized at all times
