About The Position
Boater’s World Marine Centers is hiring Seasonal Boat Detailers to support their Bradenton team during peak boating season from May through August 2026. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on keeping boats, yachts, and marine vessels in showroom-ready condition as they move through sales, service, and delivery. It's an opportunity to gain experience in the marine industry while working with a strong team, ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in making things look their best.
Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Physically capable of performing hands-on work throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn — no experience required
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash boats and marine equipment
- Detail interiors and exteriors to showroom standards
- Clean and protect upholstery, canvas, and interior surfaces
- Buff and wax boats for shine and protection
- Polish metal, glass, and finishing surfaces
- Ensure every vessel is presentation-ready for delivery or display
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness across the service lot
- Support the service team with additional tasks as needed
- Assist with preparing boats for customer delivery and showroom display
