The Board Engagement Intern will support the national office of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Resource Development’s Board Engagement Team. This role involves reporting to the Director of Board Engagement and collaborating with the Board Engagement Team, Regional Development Officers (RDOs), and Vice President, Individual & Regional Development. The primary focus is to support BGCA’s board engagement initiatives for all Boards (Board of Governors, Trustees, and Ambassadors), encompassing strategy, special projects, and day-to-day operations. The position requires maintaining confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the information involved.
