Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing ABA services
  • At least 1 year supervising behavior technicians
  • Strong skills in: Functional assessments Treatment planning and goal writing Data collection and analysis Monitoring treatment progression Identifying and adapting to client and stakeholder needs
  • Ability to work independently while serving as a collaborative leader

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in: Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Social skills groups Adult transition services (Preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly billable expectations
  • Full-Time: 25 hours
  • Part-Time: 15 hours
  • Conduct and evaluate assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment goals based on functional assessment data
  • Provide consistent, high-quality supervision to behavior technicians
  • Train RBTs in treatment implementation
  • Coordinate client and technician schedules
  • Participate in ongoing staff training and team collaboration meetings
  • Implement program plans and instructional activities
  • Provide parent and teacher training/consultation
  • Respond effectively to crisis situations
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and data collection
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and sponsored events
  • Adhere to company policies and professional standards
