About The Position

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is looking for a passionate and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with compensation ranging from $50 to $65 per hour. We offer flexible scheduling and cultivate a workplace that genuinely respects work-life balance. At Ad Astra, we equip our team with the resources necessary for success, including a company-provided laptop and cell phone. We reimburse mileage and compensate for travel time, and we prioritize professional development through CEU access and continuous in-house training opportunities. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage. This role involves local travel to oversee client services and maintain high standards of treatment integrity. In this position, the BCBA will develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor and guide behavior technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful client outcomes. Responsibilities also include facilitating staff trainings, evaluating team performance, and helping strengthen a collaborative and positive work environment. Attendance at IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to support client advocacy and coordination of services. Requirements

  • Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
