About The Position

Autism 360 is expanding and seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want to make a real difference in an environment built to support high-quality care and exceptional clinician well-being. The company offers a clinical model designed for quality and innovation, featuring state-of-the-art centers with outdoor playgrounds, movement-friendly areas, sensory rooms, group learning rooms, and individualized therapy spaces. These centers are designed to support high-quality clinical work, learner engagement, and BCBA sustainability, promoting generalization, movement, and meaningful learning across environments with strong staffing and support ratios. Autism 360 also features PREP360, an early learning and school readiness program that bridges the gap between ABA and the classroom, allowing BCBAs to support meaningful school readiness outcomes. Additionally, a collaboration with Five Filly Farm (coming 2026) will expand the clinical model to blend evidence-based ABA with hands-on, nature-rich experiences, offering opportunities for innovative programming in real-world settings. Autism 360 is committed to supporting its clinicians through competitive compensation, benefits, and work-life balance, ensuring BCBAs can focus on meaningful clinical work without sacrificing well-being.
