About The Position

Autism 360 is expanding and seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want to make a real difference in an environment built to support high-quality care and exceptional clinician well-being. The company emphasizes a clinical model designed for quality and innovation, featuring state-of-the-art centers intentionally designed to support high-quality clinical work, learner engagement, and BCBA sustainability. These centers include outdoor playgrounds, movement-friendly areas, sensory rooms, group learning rooms, and individualized therapy spaces, all built with purpose to allow clinicians to deliver effective, ethical care while promoting generalization, movement, and meaningful learning across environments, supported by strong staffing and support ratios. Autism 360 also offers PREP360, an early learning and school readiness program designed to bridge the gap between ABA and the classroom, focusing on structured routines, group learning, foundational communication, social, adaptive skills, early academic readiness, and behavior support strategies, with family collaboration for smooth school transitions. Additionally, a future collaboration with Five Filly Farm (coming 2026) will expand the clinical model beyond traditional walls, blending evidence-based ABA with hands-on, nature-rich experiences like farm-based learning, animal care, and outdoor therapeutic activities, offering opportunities for clinicians to help design and shape new programming. Autism 360 is committed to supporting its clinicians through competitive compensation, benefits, and work-life balance, including hybrid flexibility after 90 days, and a schedule that avoids evenings, weekends, or major holidays.
