About The Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Scottsdale , Tempe , Glendale , and Mesa ! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists , specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a transdisciplinary team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
- This position requires the successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

- Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000
- Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour (e.g., +5 billable hours/month = $4K–$5K annually)
