Requirements
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and the ability to analyze behavioral data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs to assess the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
