About The Position

Lauderdale BMW of Fort Lauderdale, a proud member of the Holman Automotive Group, is seeking a BMW Product Genius to support our customers at our BMW Service Center in Fort Lauderdale. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm for BMW and a passion for technology.
  • Enjoys learning and sharing knowledge about innovative automotive technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience representing a luxury or prestige brand, or in product/marketing roles, preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on product specifications, features, and benefits of all BMW models.
  • Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with customers to identify the best solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the test drive process.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge within the dealership.
  • Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product usage, technology, and functionality.
  • Help identify potential education needs related to vehicle operation and proactively offer guidance to enhance the ownership experience.
  • Support customer retention by ensuring a seamless, informative, and premium experience during service appointments.
