Nice To Haves

Machine Operator experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
RF Scanner experience preferred

Responsibilities

Move buckets weighing up to 500 pounds and tanks weighing up to 1400 pounds of final ground meat to stuffing area with tow motor.
Add the proper amount of ingredients to blends and for correcting batching of meat.
Box bone removal material in the final grind area.
Assemble and disassemble all equipment in area.
Perform necessary weight and process checks.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Maintain general manufacturing practices.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.
Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Perform any other work as assigned by management.
