About The Position

Raw Ventures is a venture capital fund that backs and supports technology-driven startups. We work closely with founders to build and scale innovative companies across sectors including media tech, health tech, and agri tech, while remaining open to opportunities across the broader technology landscape. We have recently launched an AI Advisory arm, where the new team members will join. We are looking for a Business Development & Deployment Lead to take ideas from technical concept to real-world adoption across our portfolio companies. This role sits at the intersection of a deep understanding of the AI technology stack, product strategy, and commercial growth. We expect you to be hands-on with the latest tools and developments released by AI companies over the past 12 months.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, product strategy, consulting or technology deployment
  • Deep understanding of the technology stacks of leading AI companies, with the ability to apply them
  • Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience working with complex organisations or enterprise environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Be hands-on where needed, but with the support of the wider team.
  • Conversational Russian

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consulting, startups or high-growth technology environments
  • Background in data analysis, product analytics or business intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with founders and commercial teams to translate AI capabilities into practical business applications, leading early-stage discussions with organizations interested in adopting AI-powered solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and end users to validate use cases and drive adoption, identifying opportunities where data and AI can unlock operational improvements or new capabilities.
  • Manage the project work with the client, ensuring that all the client's aspirations and expectations are reflected in the work.
  • Be responsible for the alignment between the client brief and the final product, Strive to find the ideal balance between implementing ready-made solutions and custom development.
  • Define the product’s delivery staging and roll-out/go-to-market strategy, and support the creation of performance frameworks, KPIs, and analytics to track product adoption and impact.
  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations and materials for executive stakeholders and investors.
