Job Title: Biology - Biological Science Education Affiliate Faculty-CFA (No Salary Position) Posting Close Date: December 1, 2025 NOTE: Last day to apply is Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 11:59pm (MST) Position Start Date: August 25, 2026 Required Degree: Bachelor's in Biological Science Education or Equivalent. The required degree must be completed by the start date. Experience: A minimum of eight years of successful teaching experience in life sciences with secondary students Capacity for teaching and mentoring preservice teachers Currently employed within Alpine, Jordan, Nebo, Provo, or Wasatch Districts Duties/Expectations: Co-teach the following Biological Sciences Education classes Biology 276: Explorations of Teaching in Biological Sciences Biology 377: Teaching Methods and Instruction in Biology Bio 379: Classroom Management and Lab Safety Bio 476: Student Teaching Seminar Weekly supervision of student teachers Documents Required at the Time of Application: Please attach your updated curriculum vitae and cover letter to the faculty application. Requirements
