Biologicals Global Quality Leader
About The Position
The purpose of this role is to provide Quality Leadership to all internal and external Biologicals Facilities. Roles and Responsibilities Define and systematically roll out a Quality Management System (QMS) for Biologicals Develop consistent Quality KPI’s Responsible for tracking and communicating KPI performance globally Create and Lead a Biologicals Quality Coordinator Network to support Quality across all Biologicals facilities Provide guidance and mentoring to Site Quality Coordinators Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for major quality events We have flexibility to fill this position at any CP/Biologicals manufacturing site in NA, LATAM, EMEA or APAC.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering
- 20+ years of manufacturing, lab, or quality experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel globally
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
