About The Position

The BIM Specialist I will support the implementation and execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on projects. The role will involve working with senior team members to develop, maintain, and manage 3D models, drawings, and project data. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in BIM software and a passion for learning and developing their skills in BIM technology.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in BIM, with an understanding of BIM workflows and software.
• Basic understanding of BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with the principles of BIM execution planning and model coordination.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the BIM field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of 3D BIM models for various project types.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the proper integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the development of project documentation using BIM models.
• Assist in clash detection and resolution processes.
• Conduct regular checks and updates on BIM models to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
