About The Position

Support the design and coordination of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) within BIM environments. Work closely with Project Managers to interpret and implement security requirements across sites in North America and APAC. Produce detailed, accurate BIM models and construction drawings, with a strong emphasis on drafting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Adapt quickly to design changes, scope adjustments, and last-minute client requests. Maintain organization and consistency across multiple concurrent projects. Apply knowledge of physical security standards and best practices within a BIM workflow. Ensure models are aligned with company templates and client specifications. Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting workflows and BIM processes. Develop and produce security system design documentation using Revit Coordinate closely with Security Project Managers to align models with project requirements Create and maintain BIM Models and back-of-house drafting standards for consistency across projects Use Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks and enhance design efficiency within Revit Draft and model physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection Support QA/QC efforts to ensure documentation meets internal and client standards Adapt and revise documentation based on evolving project needs and feedback Assist in developing workflows that improve drafting accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

Proficiency in Revit for drafting and modeling security systems
Experience using Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up design documentation
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Prior experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to adapt quickly to project changes, evolving requirements, and fast-paced environments
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in documentation
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and project managers

Nice To Haves
