About The Position

Role of Billing Supervisor is to oversee billing department at specific billing center location. Oversee their ability to create appropriate freight bills/delivery receipts, invoices and documentation to ensure that all OHFL deliveries are billed in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in a role requiring extensive customer interaction.
• At least 1 year experience in office supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to influence and train a wide variety of team members without official management responsibility for the group.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Basic PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products.
• Ability to successfully complete typing test of 65 WPM and 10-key test of 190 SPM.
• Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products.
• H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• AS400 experience preferred but not required.
• AS400 experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team to ensure they are following policies and procedures in regards to accurate billing in a timely manner.
• Interview and make recommendations for hiring as well as offering feedback on performance of team.
• Audit and conduct reviews for receipts and freight bills processed by billing team members.
• Track and monitor freight bills processed and provide research, review and reporting on any errors.
• Working lead position and is responsible for duties of Billing Clerk- generating invoices, receipts and freight bills, ensuring appropriate coding and other general office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
