About The Position

Partner with the accounting and sales teams to provide ongoing support to the billing processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and collections while maintaining strong relationships with our retail customers. Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional value and customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) as well as ERP/Billing software.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
• Knowledge of billing and financial concepts.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.
• Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technical skills and knowledge.
• Possess strong customer service orientation; ability to work and communicate with all levels of internal and external clients.
• Experience with EDI systems.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 2-4 years of relevant billing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Infor Syteline or Epicor ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting and shipping teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and reporting.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies, proactively communicating with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide support for complex billing issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records, ensuring compliance with internal policies an external regulation.
• Assist in creating reports on billing activities, revenue status, and accounts receivable.
