Performs patient billing and claims and files to insurance companies for reimbursement. Accepts and posts payments to accounts and receives walk-in customers and answers phone promptly. Reviews claims and refiles and/or files appeals as necessary; pulls records for medical review/subpoena per policy. Files and retrieves paper and electronic claims and remittance. Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
