We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Austin, TX as our Billing Operations Specialist . In this role, you will work closely with internal team members and clients to assist with billing, auditing, and payroll admin needs.
Requirements
- A degree in operations, finance, or accounting preferred
- Billing experience is preferred
- Must be highly knowledgeable in Excel including formulas that assist in auditing functions
- Auditing experience a plus
- Have an analytical mindset to ensure accuracy
- Solid communication skills
- Must have high attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
Responsibilities
- Upload invoices into client portals
- Handle sensitive financial details
- Work diligently in Excel with large (and multiple) sets of data to audit pay rates, billing, per diem payments, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and spot inconsistencies during data review
- Communicate with clients and internal staff
- Assist with other departments as needed
