We are a full service logistics company partnering with thousands of national and regional truckload and LTL carriers. We offer less than truckload (LTL), full truckload (TL), expedited, roadshow, warehousing, and ocean freight services. Primary duties include quick and accurate onboarding of customers, preliminary credit worthiness review and providing assistance to users of our TMS (transportation management system).
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of identifying customer needs and maintaining and supporting a customer service philosophy
- Ability to use decision-making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a variety of contexts in a fast-paced environment.
- Has the talent to exercise good judgment.
- Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities
Responsibilities
- Prepay
- Process refunds, payments, etc
- Manage Prepay Mailbox
- Troubleshoots Prepay Issues
- Assist with invoices backup when needed
- Assist with TMS Customers when needed
- Any other billing functions that might be needed
