Responsibilities
- Manage billing, collections, and financial documentation
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, families, and vendors
- Ensure smooth coordination between the facility and central office
- Support onboarding processes (badging, access, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of documents
- Participate in family meetings and provide support during admissions
