About The Position

BCM One is searching for a Billing Specialist I to support our Skyswitch business. This role will work with new and existing Channel Partners to onboard them to our platform and train new users that are joining an existing service. This role will also intersect with internal team members to resolve technical and clerical issues as needed. A Billing Specialist I is passionate about enabling our partners to be the most successful users and effective resellers that they can be. The right candidate for this role will have excellent project management skills, a passion for software, be technically inclined, and have a strong background in customer service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in billing services or a customer-facing role, experience in accounting or finance-related role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online webinar tools.
  • Ability to break down complex processes into concepts easily understood by Partners unfamiliar with billing software.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting processes and best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all work.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the telecommunications (Telco) billing industry is preferred.
  • Experience with telecommunications and billing reconciliation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of Partner Billing and support tasks.
  • Play a key role in the new partner onboarding process, acting as the point of contact for Billing Services training and account setup.
  • Conduct and participate in Partner training programs as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of onboarding and Partner materials, helping Partners define their billing and back-office processes.
  • Develop a basic understanding of Skyswitch and CoreDial products and services to support Partners effectively.
  • Maintain professional interactions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Report on key metrics across multiple projects.
