Billing Tasks: Support designated Project Manager(s) with administrative functions and processes.Issue client invoices in a timely manner. Issue invoices through client speciific portals, when applicable. Manage work-in-progress (WIP) for projects. Support the subconsultant onboarding process. Track and manage subconsultant and project-related expenses. Issue recurring reports to Project Manager(s). Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients and projects. Assist with Accounts Receivable function. Office tasks: Be present in the office daily and provide administrative support. Assist the Office Manager with assigned tasks. Support partners and vendors with company events. Coordinate required maintenance and facility improvements with the landlord property management.
