What You’ll Be Doing: Data Entry & Office Work (40%) Enter accurate shipping and order details into our system Handle incoming phone calls and emails Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel or similar) Review orders, file paperwork, and prep for shipping Shipping & Packing Tasks (60%) Sort and organize orders by customer Package products using shrink wrap and boxing techniques Ship orders using FedEx and UPS software Keep shipping area stocked and organized Deliver packages using your own vehicle (short local trips – mileage reimbursed)
Requirements
- Someone eager to learn and grow
- Moderate typing speed (around 50 WPM) with high accuracy
- Familiar with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Able to lift 50 lbs. (help provided for heavier items)
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Strong communicator who can follow written and verbal directions
