SaaS Billing Operations Manage end-to-end subscription billing processes across the customer lifecycle Administer recurring billing, usage billing, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations Ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in billing systems Monitor billing exceptions and proactively resolve discrepancies Revenue Lifecycle & Recognition Support revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606 Assist with monthly revenue close and recurring revenue reconciliations Maintain alignment between billing systems and general ledger records Track and validate key SaaS metrics such as: Churn and contraction Deferred revenue balances DSO and Collection Effectiveness Index Identify opportunities to improve automation, accuracy, and scalability of billing workflows Collections and Accounting Support Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure clean handoff from contract to billing Post payment receipts and apply to invoices correctly Follow-up with outstanding invoices and drive the collection process Maintain cash forecast with a strong understanding of customer billing cycles and payment cadences Assist with audit preparation and revenue documentation What Qualifies You: Required Qualifications 2+ years of SaaS billing and revenue operations experience Experience with SaaS billing platforms (Maxio, SaasOptics, or similar) Experience supporting revenue recognition under ASC 606 Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-to-billing integrations Experience managing high-volume subscription billing environments Strong understanding of subscription business models and recurring revenue workflows What Success Looks Like Ensure accurate and scalable subscription billing operations Maintain clean, reliable recurring revenue data Reduce billing errors and manual processes Support smooth monthly revenue and billing close cycles Help strengthen the company’s overall revenue infrastructure Why Join Us Collaborative, supportive team environment High-impact role within a growing SaaS company Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to influence billing and revenue operations Moxians Are Covered: All benefits are subject to review on an annual basis whereas we continuously assess our total reward proposition aligning with the needs of our people, our business and the market.
