About The Position

Billing Operations Analyst, Mid The Opportunity: As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance. As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including invoice processing, SOX auditing assistance, project analysis and reconciliation, AR collections assistance, and document retention. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required . Ready to build the future for the better? What You’ll Work On: Supervise staff and mentor and coach junior Billing Analysts. Preparing invoices monthly. Reconcile, monitor, and report unbilled balances. Provide support to the Collections team and AR Lead. Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with government contract s billing
  • Experience with Micro sof t Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks at a given time, and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and schedules
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Deltek Costpoint billing module
  • Experience using V-lookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and commit to accuracy
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
