About The Position

The purpose of this role is to support financial operations within area of responsibility by monitoring delinquent accounts, investigating and resolving billing issues, overseeing movement of documents and efficiently handling inquiries to limit liability and streamlining billing and collections procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support efficient financial operations by providing financial cost and/or benefit oversight for initiatives and ensuring adherence with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Facilitate billing and collections process by reviewing records for inconsistencies, preparing regular billing statements, overseeing movement of documents and efficiently handling inquiries to limit liability and streamline billing and collections procedures.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts by investigating and resolving billing issues and/or other complications that may prevent timely account payments.
  • Lead the implementation of financial activities by analyzing business operations and trends, developing additional analyses and providing action plans for process improvement.
  • Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.
