Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of Revenue Cycle back end experience preferred
  • 3 years of Billing Management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills strongly desired

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations Management: Direct daily billing and collections functions, aligning departmental goals and performance standards with the organization’s long-term strategic vision.
  • Human Capital Leadership: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including targeted hiring, professional development initiatives, and performance management to maintain a high-performing revenue cycle team.
  • Policy & Process Optimization: Lead the development and implementation of robust policies and procedural frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Fiscal & Regulatory Oversight: Manage departmental budgets and vendor contracts while ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
