Responsibilities Reconcile batch totals with source documents; identify and correct errors. Prepare and process invoices, statements, and billing records. Reconcile and post cash receipts from multiple departments. Perform general bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Maintain ledgers and registers; post charges, credits, and balances. Support payroll calculations, including deductions and retirement amounts. Qualifications 1–3 years of billing experience High school diploma required Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to work fully onsite Experience using ERP systems Additional Qualifications Strong communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic accounting and math proficiency. Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
